CRUX is a Christian leadership conversation programme of SheRises Collective that brings Christian leaders into meaningful conversations about the issues at the heart of Christian leadership.
Through conversations with leaders from different backgrounds, generations and areas of influence, CRUX explores calling, character, servant leadership, integrity, influence, authority, responsibility, relationships, succession, legacy and the realities of leading in faith and service.
CRUX provides a space for leaders to share their experiences, insights and lessons learned, while inviting audiences to reflect more deeply on what it means to lead as a Christian.
The programme is built around thoughtful questions, honest conversations and practical wisdom, with each conversation offering something leaders can carry into their own calling.
